Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for Felix Negribus Ltd

Introduction

Felix Negribus Ltd is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in our operations. This includes a firm commitment to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking do not exist within our business or supply chains. This statement, made in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, outlines the steps we have taken to address the risks associated with slavery and human trafficking, and to ensure compliance with international standards of human rights.

Our Structure and Operations

Felix Negribus Ltd operates primarily within the fields of contract management and payroll services. We do not act as a producer, manufacturer, or retailer of physical goods and have no supply chain in relation to such activities. Our business focuses on managing contracts and providing payroll services to our clients.

Given the nature of our business, our operations primarily engage with IT consulting businesses and skilled professionals providing services on an Employer of Record (EOR) or contractual basis. These industries and consultant roles are not typically associated with modern slavery or human trafficking. While the risk is minimal, we are committed to ensuring that our operations and supply chains remain free from such exploitation.

Supply Chain and Due Diligence

Our supply chains primarily involve the procurement of IT consulting services and the provision of skilled professionals to deliver services to our clients. We engage with technically skilled professionals in the IT sector, alongside general professional service organisations.

We conduct thorough due diligence on all suppliers and service providers, evaluating their practices regarding modern slavery and human trafficking. Our supplier list undergoes careful scrutiny and periodic auditing to assess both their sustainability and credibility. We maintain a rigorous process to ensure that all parties in our supply chain are compliant with ethical standards and relevant laws.

Policy and Commitments

Felix Negribus Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring that neither we, nor any of our supply chains, are involved in, supportive of, or complicit in modern slavery practices. We expect all our suppliers and business partners to uphold the same high standards of ethical conduct.

Training and Awareness

We ensure that key staff within our procurement, contract management, and compliance teams are educated on the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking. This includes providing continuous training to recognise and address any potential risks within our operations or supply chains.

Reporting Mechanisms and Investigations

We encourage individuals working for or with Felix Negribus to confidentially raise concerns, including any potential human rights and modern slavery issues. All reports are taken seriously, thoroughly investigated, and appropriate remedial actions are taken.

Any concerns related to slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chains are reported to our dedicated Legal & Compliance department. Should any irregularities be discovered, they are escalated to the CEO and the Board of Directors for further action. We ensure that all reports are treated with the utmost seriousness, and that corrective actions are implemented where necessary.

Commitment to Human Rights and Ongoing Risk Mitigation

Felix Negribus Ltd is guided by international standards, particularly the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) conventions. We continuously review and update our policies in line with global legal developments and best practices. Our practice of "Continual Progressive Learning" ensures that we stay ahead of emerging risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking.

We are committed to only working with partners who share our values and demonstrate a strong commitment to human rights protection.

Conclusion

At Felix Negribus, our respect for human rights is non-negotiable. We are steadfast in our commitment to identifying and eradicating modern slavery from our operations and supply chains. We believe this is not only a legal obligation but a moral imperative to uphold the dignity and freedom of all individuals.
